予約日の72時間以上前にキャンセルした場合は手数料を差し引いて返金お支払い後に確定済みの予約をキャンセルした場合、お支払い額（保険料を含む）の3.5%をキャンセル手数料の総額として、返金対象額から差し引きます。決済処理手数料を別途差し引くことはありません。
