Start by checking that your email address and password are entered correctly, and that you are using the same sign-in method you registered with. If sign-up or sign-in still fails, email [email protected] with the email address you are trying to use and a description of what you see, and we will help you from there.

A review cannot be edited or deleted once it has been posted, so please read it through before you submit it. If you believe a published review contains a factual error, email [email protected] and we will look into it.

Go to Bookings, open My Bookings and select Past Bookings, then choose the booking you want to review. Write your comments in the review section and submit them.

There is no deadline. You can write your review at any time after the booking has finished. Writing it soon afterwards, while the details are still fresh, makes it more useful for your host and for other musicians.

That depends on the cancellation policy of the space you booked, which is shown on the listing and in your booking confirmation. Music Traveler does not apply a single platform-wide rule. Where a refund is due, the Music Traveler service fee is non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. If your request has not yet been accepted, no payment has been taken at all, because your card is only authorized at that stage, so cancelling simply releases the hold.
