Meet Kate - a very special Music Traveler host. We asked you to write to us if you had space for a baby grand Schimmel, courtesy of Steinway & Sons Austria, and Kate was the perfect fit. If you are looking for some inspiration in the heart of Vienna's hip 7th district, go and Book Kate's space and play for a couple of hours. Great piano, great district and great price - 9€ per hour. Here's what Kate has to say...

I am  Australian and moved to Vienna to study classical singing. But in doing so I have found a love for producing concerts, and concert promotion. My dear friend and colleague Alfredo introduced me to the Music Traveler world and I am thrilled to be part of it!

Having grown up in a piano store my father owned, it was a very nostalgic moment watching this massive grand get wheeled in on its side. The apartment feels more like home with this new member of the family!
